Each year throughout October & November, Power of HOPE holds its Six Weeks of HOPE PJ & Stuffed Toy Campaign to collect as many PJs, stuffed toys and essential items, for its Christmas Packages.

Welcome to Power of HOPE Community Organization—Oxford County Chapter
Power of HOPE Community Organization is a registered charity that helps families in the communities of Waterloo Region, Wellington County, Perth County and Oxford County.
Power of HOPE Community Organization became a not-for-profit in 2011 helping families in need in the Waterloo, Wellington and Perth areas. The organizataion became a charity in early 2014, but it all began back in 2005 with Hurricane Katrina. Find out how Power of HOPE began here »
In 2012, Power of HOPE expanded into Woodstock when the current Chapter Director, Karen Geerts, joined the organization’s Board of Directors. In 2014, when the Power of HOPE became a charity, the Oxford County Chapter was also formed.
The Oxford County Chapter helps families in need, as well as men, women and children in crisis within Oxford County and area. Organizations we help include Domestic Abuse Services Oxford, Children’s Aid Society Oxford, Ingamo Homes 2nd Stage Housing, Big Brothers and Big Sisters Christmas Party, Some Nursing Homes at Christmas to help make sure all residents throughout Oxford receive something for Christmas.
